Package Pickup

Package Pickup is located in the Health, Sports & Lifestyle Expo at Canada Place, the host of Race Weekend!  There will be no race package pickup on race day. Pick up your package anytime during Expo Hours prior to race day:

Expo Hours/Package Pickup Hours:

  • Thursday: May 2, 2013 4:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Friday: May 3, 2013 11:00am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday: May 4, 2013 10:00am – 6:00pm

NOTE: To pick up your package you will need: Bib Number & picture ID

Getting your race package picked up by somebody else:

If someone is picking up your race package on your behalf, they will need:

  • A valid photo ID (Driving License, Passport, ID Card);
  • Your Name;
  • Your Bib Number.

Please be advised that they will also need to sign a legal release from the Vancouver International Marathon Society with information from their Photo ID. This document will be kept as a record indicating they are responsible for your race package (bib, chip, shirt, etc) releasing the Society, the event, volunteers from any responsibility to that race package.

Team Captains

If are a team captain you may pick up your entire teams packages at the designated Team Package Pickup line. You must have a complete list of team member’s names and corresponding bib numbers, as well as, your own photo ID. The same legal release and rules apply. ONLY team captains may pickup their teams packages (no exceptions).

How to get there ?

There is pedestrian access along the foot of Howe St & Burrard St. Canada Place is the center of downtown Vancouver and the beginning and end of the Vancouver Seawall.

Canada Place is easily accessible from Waterfront StationTransLink provides city transit seven days a week via its rapid transit system – the SkyTrain. SkyTrain lines that serve Waterfront Station include: Canada Line and Millenium Line. The Westcoast Express is another system that connects guests easily to Waterfront Station.

VIA Rail Canada and Amtrak make daily connections to Vancouver as well.

The SeaBus connects downtown Vancouver at Waterfront Station to the North Shore.  BC Ferries has daily sailings between Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo.

Parking Information
VINCI Park at Canada Place – 999 Canada Place.  Entry to this parkade is at the foot of Howe St. Tickets are obtained from the ticket dispenser or ticket booth. There are two parking levels.
