Join the award-winning BMO Vancouver Marathon! One of the world’s top destination marathons, the BMO Vancouver Marathon features stunning running and tours through twelve of the city’s most iconic neighbourhoods, while the fast Half Marathon kicks off with an epic downhill start overlooking Vancouver’s iconic city skyline. The event features a Marathon, Half Marathon and 8KM, with all courses offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, towering forests, iconic landmarks, and run through world-renowned Stanley Park towards an energized downtown Finish Line.
The BMO Vancouver Marathon is capped with limited spaces available in the Marathon, Half Marathon and 8KM.

Marathon
Vancouver’s only Marathon traditionally takes runners on a scenic route with views of snow-capped mountains, sandy beaches, and along the Stanley Park Seawall – the world’s longest uninterrupted waterfront path.
Half Marathon
From bustling Chinatown to glassy Yaletown to the beautiful West End, you’ll traditionally discover historic landmarks, breathtaking views, and vibrant communities along the scenic and fast Vancouver Half Marathon course.
8KM
Run the 8KM and enjoy the tranquil shade from cedar and hemlock trees in Stanley Park before breezing through Coal Harbour to the bustling Virtual Race Finish Line!
Kids Run
For your superstars! The BMO Vancouver Marathon Kids Run inspires kids to get moving, make healthy choices, and feel confident. Rewards include a finisher medal!
Event Expo
The Health, Sports & Lifestyle Expo is Friday and Saturday pre-race with 50+ vendors. A must-attend for all runners, the Expo at Canada Place is also free and open to the general public.
Victory Plaza
Victory Plaza at Jack Poole Plaza is where you can meet-up with fans post-race, relax and celebrate your accomplishments. This area includes more activations, a Beer Garden and Big Screen!
